I am Marianne Hart's sister and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your assistance in Greg's case.

As you know this situaton has been a " living nightmare" for my entire family.All of us have been trying to no avail for answers to what happened to our Greggie that night as well as finding justice for him.

Thanks to your expertise and god given talent we finally have hope.If it weren't for your ability to retreave info from Greg's phone his dignity and his life would of been diminished to being a mear drunk that drowned.

I pray that information will be found so that we have answers as well as justice.

I live in Bermuda and it is incredibly difficult being away from my family.Even though we are miles apart I carry all of them in my heart always. I also wish to thank you for your calls of concern to my parents. My dad has aged tremendiously in the past few months and I am very concerned for both of my parents health.

"Very Helpful! They not only explained their process, but also explained what happened to my HD and why my attempts to fix it were not working. I had an external hard drive that would not spin-up. Someone suggested getting a new controller card. I did. My HD worked (well, the platters moved) but the arm started clicking, and I stupidly misplaced the original controller card. I run a not-for-profit and many of our recent files were on that drive. Tech Fusion understood the problem and the budget constraints and bent over backwards to work with us.
