Meet our Leadership Team
Alfred Demirjian
President & Chief Executive Officer
Alfred has over 30 years of experience in what amounts to hundreds of high-profile cyber security engagements, particularly as they relate to issues of data integrity (such as detecting unauthorized data alteration) and data availability (such as recovery of data on damaged or corrupted storage media). Throughout his tenure at TechFusion, Alfred has been called upon by Fortune 500 clients and government agencies as a seasoned executive with extensive operational, financial and technical knowledge in the areas of data recovery, computer forensics and software development. His engagements have ranged from detecting falsified research results for the National Institutes of Health through to helping retrieve missing 911 call recordings.
Alfred’s highest profile case is that of Hrant Dink, a Turkish-Armenian journalist who was assassinated by a Turkish nationalist, which generated international headlines and documentaries. After months of original research and the creation of a novel data retrieval technique, I was able to recover surveillance photographs of the scene of the murder from a hard disk drive which had been determined to be in such a severely damaged state that there was no possibility of recovering any data. His success became the subject of multiple global news stories and an extended documentary. His technical achievements in the field of cyber security have been covered by multiple news outlets such as CNN, NBC, CBS, and the Boston Globe newspaper.
Alfred possesses a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. He is a Member of the Institute of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and National Defense Industry Association, for which he has been invited to represent the U.S. Cybersecurity Industry on NDIA’s behalf. Alfred has also been widely acknowledged for his philanthropic efforts and services such as providing free technical support and data recovery services for soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan and their families at home and also providing free technical and data recovery services to those displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
